Claims for misprinted, damaged, ordefective items must be submitted within 4 weeks of receiving the product tosupport@teamalloy.com.Please include your order number and a clear description of the issue, along with photos. Once the misprinted, damaged, or defective have been reviewed and deemed an error on manufacturing then the item(s) will be replaced with the same item(s) and size, no exception.
